Lao Cai International Travel Mart will be held in June 2025
The Lao Cai International Travel Mart will take place for the first time from June 5 to June 8, 2025, at Dinh Le Square, Lao Cai City, Lao Cai Province, under the theme: “Lao Cai Tourism – Connecting Green Aspiration”
The fair is held with the theme: Lao Cai – Connecting green aspirations
On the morning of April 1, 2025, the People’s Committee of Lao Cai Province approved the plan to organize the Lao Cai International Travel Mart for the 2025–2030 period. Accordingly, the fair will be held biennially (in odd-numbered years), starting in 2025 in Lao Cai City. Subsequently, it will rotate to other locations such as Sa Pa and Bac Ha.
Dinh Le Square, Lao Cai City – Venue for the 2025 Event
In 2025, Lao Cai Province expects to host the fair with a scale equivalent to 130 standard booths and auxiliary areas within a 5,000 m² venue, featuringparticipation from domestic and international businesses (primarily from Asia).
The fair will have the participation of domestic and international tourism businesses.
The fair will include various side events and programs aimed at promoting Lao Cai’s tourism image to both local and international visitors. Additionally, it is seen as an opportunity to boost investment cooperation in Lao Cai’s tourism economy.
Many seminars, talks and tourism cooperation signing programs will be held
The Lao Cai International Travel Mart is expected to become a premier tourism and trade event, establishing Lao Cai’s brand in 2025 and beyond./.
